Matthew J. Celentano focuses his practice on corporate finance matters. Matthew advises private equity firms, strategic buyers, banks, private lenders and other institutions on a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, refinancings and restructurings.
During law school, Matthew was a member of the Hofstra Law Review.

- Represented Royal Bank of Canada and a group of financial institutions in connection with Apollo Global Management, Inc’s acquisition of EmployBridge, the largest industrial staffing company in the United States, and Apollo’s subsequent acquisition of Hire Dynamics, a provider of commercial staffing and professional recruitment services*
