Overview
Max J. Kellogg focuses his practice on litigation matters including representing companies and individuals in connection with a broad range of disputes and internal investigations. Max is also a member of the Firm’s Institutional Sexual Misconduct Response Team (SMRT) and assists clients with sensitive and often high-profile matters.
Prior to joining McDermott, Max worked for an international law firm where he focused his practice on commercial disputes, eDiscovery matters, and dealing with issues surrounding cybersecurity and data privacy laws.
During law school, Max was a legal extern for Judge William Ray II at the Georgia Court of Appeals, and a legal extern for GE Power. Max was also a member of the Emory Moot Court Society, where he was a quarter-finalist and runner-up for best brief at the NYU National Immigration Law Competition.
