- Represented Gemspring Capital in the acquisition and integration of multiple non-standard auto insurance brokerage and franchisor businesses, including Fiesta Auto Insurance and La Familia Auto Insurance
- Represented H.I.G. Capital in the acquisition and integration of numerous business advisory firms, including Riveron, Conway Mackenzie and Winter Harbor
