Overview
Gregory (Greg) Meints* focuses on complex post-mortem estate and trust administration matters. Working with private client lawyers, Greg oversees taxation and accounting issues regarding trusts and estates, and assists clients with gift-giving strategies in an effort to maximize and protect wealth and to minimize federal transfer taxes. Greg is often called on to prepare complex estate and gift tax projections.
Greg works closely with private client lawyers, accountants, family office personnel and clients on estate and trust administration matters, including:
