- Represented Advent International in its acquisition of a substantial minority stake in Iodine Software, LLC, a major player in healthcare artificial intelligence, in a transaction that valued Iodine at more than $1 billion
- Represented Berkshire Partners (i) in its sale of a minority stake in Parts Town LLC, a market-leading distributor of OEM foodservice equipment parts, and (ii) as a majority stakeholder in Parts Town LLC, in a follow-on investment in Parts Town
- Represented Feeney Utility Services Group in its sale to Artera Services, LLC
- Represented Nexa Equity and its portfolio company Leap LLC in its acquisition of JobProgress, LLC, a workflow and CRM product for home contractors
- Represented Permira in its acquisition of a majority interest in Reorg, a leading global provider of data, analytics and intelligence for the credit markets
- Represented Providence Equity Partners in its acquisition of a majority interest in Accelerate Learning, a leading provider of STEM curriculum for the K-12 education market
- Represented PSG in its sale of LegitScript LLC, a leading provider of subscription software as a service monitoring and certification solutions for online marketplaces, payment networks and online vendors
- Represented PSG in its acquisition of MentorCliQ, a leader in employee mentoring software
- Represented Sun European Partners in its $540 million sale of C&K Switches, a manufacturer of high-quality electromechanical switches
- Represented Tidemark Capital in investment in Karbon, Inc., a leading cloud-based practice management solution for SMB accounting firms
