Michael (Mike) T. Nowicki counsels private equity sponsors and strategic buyers on a wide range of corporate transactions, including complex mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare space. He also represents large cap public companies in domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions across diverse industries.
While in law school, Michael served as a senior executive editor for the Washington University Law Review.
