Overview
Michael Willey advises public and private companies on complex corporate and transactional matters, focusing on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. He also advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters. Michael’s experience includes representation of clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, energy, construction, manufacturing and technology.
While in law school, Michael served as the Vice President of the Texas Business Law Society. Prior to law school, he worked as an executive of a food and beverage company in Maine.
In addition to his transactional practice, Michael routinely provides pro bono services and is a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono and Community Service Committee.
