Milo Molfa focuses his practice on complex, high-profile international commercial arbitrations and investor-state disputes under public international law. He represents corporations and sovereigns in international arbitration proceedings across a wide range of industries, including airlines, aviation and aerospace, automotive, construction and infrastructure, energy, media and advertising, oil and gas, and metals and mining. Over the past 15 years, Milo has acted as lead counsel and advocate in more than 60 international investment treaty and commercial arbitrations.

  • Representing an Italian multinational infrastructure company as claimant in construction arbitration proceedings seated in Denmark under the Rules of the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board.
  • Representing an Italian multinational contractor and its Russian subsidiary as claimants and counterclaim respondents in ICC arbitration proceedings seated in London under English and Russian law arising out of contracts for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a fertilizer plant in Russia.
  • Representing an Italian multinational contractor in litigation ancillary to arbitration before the English commercial courts.
