Overview
Elisabeth Moseley focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the oil & gas and mining sectors. She has extensive experience of advising on share and asset acquisitions and divestments, group reorganisations, corporate finance, private equity investments, production sharing arrangements, joint ventures, joint operating agreements and commercial contracts.
Elisabeth has acted for a diverse range of clients, including governments, national and international oil companies, juniors, start-ups, financial institutions, suppliers, manufacturers and individuals. She has advised on transactions across the globe, from the UK, Europe, and Africa to South America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific and has worked in London, Sydney and the Hague.
Elisabeth has worked with clients to develop in-house training programmes and standard form documentation, including sale and purchase agreements, joint operating agreements and commodity supply agreements, for use by in-house legal and commercial teams. She has assisted the World Bank Institute Governance for Extractive Industries Programme with the preparation of guides to oil & gas and mining documents and the Mining Law Committee of the International Bar Association with the Model Mining Development Agreement Project.
