Naré Arshakyan focuses her practice on employment law.
She is a French qualified lawyer with experience in the employment aspects of M&A and Private Equity transactions, including diligence processes. She also has experience handling collective redundancies, post-merger integrations and advises clients on employment aspects of large-scale restructurings.
She also represents employers in their in court and out of court proceedings (litigation and settlement negotiations).
In addition, she offers a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to day-to-day employment issues, including helping employers navigate termination decisions, defending management against off-the-clock work, harassment and retaliation allegations.
Naré has a particular strong background representing clients in the health care and financial services industries.
