Overview
Neda Hefzi focuses her practice on employment litigation. She dedicates her practice to defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, retaliation, whistleblower complaints, unfair business competition, misclassification, wage and hour violations and Private Attorneys General Act claims. She also has experience in litigating trade secret misappropriation and restrictive covenant enforcement claims.
