Nicholas C. Meyer focuses his practice on employment matters.
Nicholas’ employment practice encompasses single-plaintiff litigation and employment counseling. He defends employers in state and federal lawsuits alleging wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Nicholas also has experience with labor and union-related matters, including union elections and grievance arbitration proceedings.
While earning his law degree, Nicholas completed an internship at the New York State Division of Human Rights, Office of Sexual Harassment Issues. He also served as staff editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review.
