Overview
Oliver Cheng focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters.
While in law school, Oliver served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Nathanael Cousins of the US District Court for the Northern District of California and as a summer associate at McDermott. He also was a senior symposium editor and a staff editor for the UC Law Journal.
