Keri Paley* provides defensible and thorough discovery services that meet client needs in a wide variety of matters involving electronic discovery. Additionally, she leads teams that utilize artificial intelligence to assist with reviews and analysis of client materials, outside of discovery, in order to identify and utilize the most effective and efficient technology and workflow to handle clients’ legal needs.
Keri focuses on advising clients and case teams on an array of electronic discovery issues and ensures her team provides the highest quality services as efficiently as possible. She combines cutting-edge technology with practical, real-world legal knowledge and extensive discovery experience to provide customized solutions that fit clients’ needs. Keri is highly skilled in offering technological options for handling projects outside of discovery realm, minimizing costs for clients.
Prior to joining the practice, Keri spent 21 years working as a litigation paralegal at the Firm, handling large antitrust and white-collar matters, which involved the coordination of electronic discovery review. There, she oversaw large groups of contract attorneys and managed workflow and work product related to discovery reviews and trial preparation assignments. As a litigation paralegal, Keri was also part of many trial teams.
