Overview
Philip Fitzpatrick focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, particularly in real estate. He advises and represents commercial banks, developers, building owners and private equity investors in commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions, purchase and sale transactions and leasing transactions.
During law school, Philip was an intern to Judge Leonard D. Wexler for the US District Court of the Eastern District of New York, and also served as an executive articles editor for the New York University School of Law Annual Survey of American Law.
