Rachel Rosen focuses her practice on public finance matters with an emphasis on derivatives, structured products and creditors’ rights, and has worked on both taxable and tax-exempt financings across the US. Rachel’s representation experience includes financial institutions, municipal housing agencies, servicers and private tax lien purchasers.
