Overview
Rebecca Richardson litigates complex commercial disputes before state and federal courts, with an emphasis on representing clients in the professional services and healthcare industries. Among other areas of law, Rebecca handles disputes involving breach of contract, ERISA, securities fraud and professional malpractice claims.
Rebecca assists in all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting discovery requests and responses, dispositive and evidentiary motions, and adversary complaints; and researching and drafting briefs, pleadings and memoranda. She has also handled and attended deposition and witness preparation sessions, as well as hearings before the Southern District of Texas bankruptcy court.
During law school, Rebecca was a lead articles editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review.
