Krista A. Reed focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and knowledge management for Fortune 100 companies facing mass tort and product liability litigation.
Krista earned a post-graduate public interest fellowship during which she worked on water quality issues for NY/NJ Baykeeper and Hackensack Riverkeeper. Her work focused on governmental and private corporate compliance with federal and state water quality regulations. In addition to her law degree, Krista received a certificate of completion in environmental and natural resources law.

- Assisted nonprofit foundation in litigation against the US Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC), leading to a settlement agreement whereby the USIBWC will implement near-term solutions to reduce cross-border wastewater flows while the US Environmental Protection Agency works on longer-term solutions
- Secured over $800,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs under the Clean Water Act to be used for future pro bono work
- Secured Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for a Honduran child with special needs, protecting him from gang violence and putting him on a path to US citizenship
- Assisted in drafting an amicus brief to the US Supreme Court on behalf of The Mattachine Society of Washington, DC
