Overview
Allyson Riemma concentrates her practice on complex litigation relating to class actions, securities, and professional malpractice litigation, as well as various forms of governmental investigations by the PCAOB, SEC, US Attorney’s office and other agencies. She is experienced representing clients from Fortune 500 companies to small closely held corporations. Her trial experience includes numerous cases in state and federal district court, as well as arbitration and regulatory proceedings. Allyson is an accomplished litigator who has handled bet-the-company litigations, including successfully defending high-profile class actions and tax and accounting cases.
Additionally, Allyson regularly counsels clients on compliance, enforcement, and regulatory issues. She drafts policies and procedures, including arbitration clauses and dispute resolution and limitation of liability provisions.
Allyson also maintains an active pro bono practice.
