Overview
Robert Kaylor practices both private client matters and cryptocurrency and financial technology work. In private client matters, he works with individuals, family offices and trust companies on matters related to trust and estate drafting and administration. Robert also regularly advises cryptocurrency and blockchain companies on fast-paced emerging federal and state regulatory issues, with a focus on custodian laws and regulations relevant to cryptocurrency exchanges.
