Overview
Abigail A. Rubinstein focuses her practice on US and international trademark prosecution, as well as trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, counterfeiting, cybersquatting, and copyright and patent litigation. She practices before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board on an array of matters including oppositions, cancellations, ex parte appeals, concurrent use proceedings as well as oral argument before the Board.
Abigail reviews agreements involving licensing, manufacturing, brand usage, sponsorship, Internet security, data collection, data escrow, confidentiality, patents, trademarks and copyrights. She also counsels clients on all intellectual property facets of mergers and acquisitions.
Abigail also advises clients on advertising, promotional materials and websites for copyright, trademark, privacy, and regulatory issues, including FTC regulations. She counsels organizations on social media use and drafts social media guidelines and best practices. Abigail also prepares educational training materials for Internet security, privacy, social media, trademark, copyright and other intellectual property matters.
