Tom is a 34-year veteran of the Firm. Tom’s practice focuses on healthcare litigation. He represents major health providers in class actions, antitrust cases and qui tam False Claims Act cases involving allegations of violation of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.

• Co-counsel to the University of New Mexico in a class action in state court asserting alleged mass torts at the University’s pediatric cancer program (Cummings et al. v. Regents of the University of New Mexico)
• Co-counsel to the University of Southern California concerning litigation in the US District Court in Los Angeles, litigation in the Superior Court in Los Angeles and ongoing governmental investigations involving alleged mass torts at the University’s Student Health Center (In re Student Health Center Tyndall Litigation)
• Co-counsel to the University of California concerning litigation in the California Superior Court for the County of Orange involving alleged misconduct at the University of California Irvine Reproductive Health Center (Asch v. Regents of the University of California)
