Salomé Belhassen focuses her practice on structured finance transactions, in particular leveraged buy-out (LBO) transactions, acquisition financings (build-ups) fund financings (equity bridge financing) and debt restructurings.
Salomé also acts for both lenders (senior, mezzanine, unitranche) and borrowers.
