Sam represents developers, operators, investment firms, financial institutions, special servicers, property owners and other institutional clients in transactions throughout the US involving multifamily, office, film studio, retail, hospitality and gaming, life sciences, residential, industrial, condominium properties and portfolios.
Sam has also advised public companies and asset managers on complex real estate M&A transactions, including with respect to simultaneous joint venture transactions, sale-leasebacks, financing approvals and diligence matters.
