Overview
Robert (Bob) A. Schreck, Jr., focuses his practice primarily on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance issues. In addition, Robert provides continuing legal advice to a number of the Firm’s clients in the areas of securities law, commercial contracts and finance. He advises boards and management on fiduciary duties, including those involved in change in control transaction.
Bob has experience directing complex, multi-disciplinary legal transactions for publicly held corporations, start-up ventures, nonprofits and cooperatives.
