Scott Regan advises clients on a variety of corporate matters with a focus on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, complex corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
Scott is experienced in advising all types of businesses, from start-up entities to publicly-traded companies, and leads legal teams in many different sectors, including healthcare & life sciences, biotechnology, retail, manufacturing and e-commerce. Scott also has experience litigating state and federal constitutional claims at trial and appellate courts.
His clients include leading private equity firms, public companies, founder-owned businesses, family offices, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and independent sponsors.
