Andrea Tempestini

Overview

Andrea Tempestini heads the Italian Tax Practice. He advises clients on domestic and international tax issues relating to mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate restructurings and the use of financial instruments, as well as other tax matters relating to their ordinary activities. He represents Italian and international companies from various industries on a broad spectrum of tax matters and often leads teams of tax advisors from various jurisdictions working on cross-border projects.

Results

Assisted an Italian-based multinational group in the beverage industry with the structuring of acquisitions in Canada and Central America, and with post-acquisition restructurings
Assisted an Italian-based multinational group in the food industry with the reorganization of its global activities through new acquisitions and/or the creation of regional poles
Advised Italian and International private equity funds on virtually every phase of their investments (structuring of the acquisition through the use of collective vehicles, post-acquisition restructuring and exit, setup of incentive schemes for the management)
