Rosemary Tulloch focuses her practice on complex real estate transactions and has a wealth of experience in acquisitions and disposals of commercial property portfolios (including providing advice in respect of the real estate aspects of a corporate acquisition or disposal), real estate financing, development matters and high value corporate occupier lettings. She has advised a range of clients across a number of key areas, including within the retail, health science, financial, office, telecommunications, media and technology sectors.

- Acted for Oryx Real Estate Partners UK Limited in relation to the acquisition by the fund of a business park in Hatfield. Helios Court consists of a multi-let office building, providing 39,859 sq ft of accommodation
- Advised the Soller Group in relation to its acquisition of a large London office building in respect of the related sale and leaseback of the property to a long-term income fund. Subsequently advising Soller on its occupational letting of the whole building to WeWork
- Acted for a developer and asset manager in respect of the purchase of a 4.5-acre development site
- Acted for Hidden Harbor Capital Partners in respect of the acquisition of Avtron Power Solutions, a global market leader in the design and manufacture of Load Banks— a critical solution for the testing and measurement of backup power systems
- Provided real estate advice to Eight Roads, a global proprietary investment firm backed by Fidelity, regarding the sale of the Optegra Group, leaders in critical eye-care services including eye surgeries and AMD, to H2 Equity Partners
- Acted for Yianis in relation to its refinancing of the Riverside Plaza Hotel, Canary Wharf
- Acted for JD.Com in relation to their occupation at Magna Park, Lutterworth
- Acted for Market Tech Holdings on its £900 million secured debt facility arranged by AIG Asset Management*
- Advised WeWork on their expansion in the United Kingdom*
- Advised Boston Consulting Group on the pre-let and development of BCG’s new headquarters in London*
