Heloise Waudby advises clients on various matters of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. She is experienced in the corporate and financial sector and in 2014, Heloise completed a secondment at a prominent private equity fund manager in London where she coordinated and implemented a series of portfolio realisations, allowing funds to be returned to investors.

- Acted for a global investment management group on their acquisition of a member of the Fintech 50 2015 and sister company
- Acted for a leading manufacturer of polythene products on their takeover by one of Europe’s largest suppliers of plastic packaging in a deal which valued the client at £261million
- Advised an American headquartered global provider of telematics, automotive electronics and embedded engineering services on their cross boarder purchase of a UK based software developer for avionic and automotive electronic industries
- Advised a boutique asset management firm in relation to a group reorganisation and subsequent merger with a UK subsidiary of a global financial services firm
- Acted on behalf of a Northern Irish entity on their acquisition of a debt portfolio for £104million
- Acted for a leading investment and asset manager of a £40m property SPV swap
