While in law school, Will served as a federal judicial extern at the US District Court for the District of Nevada. He also served as the managing editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and as Vice President of the Startup Law Initiative at Berkeley Law, where he advised Bay Area startups on the incorporation process.
