- Represented a UK bank in connection with its £3.2 billion bank balance sheet re-calibration exercise, which involved contemporaneous court-approved capital reduction processes at the level of the bank and its UK holding company*
- Acted for a Swedish listed software as a service (SaaS) company on its £61.49 million recommended cash offer to acquire the world’s largest business transactions network*
