Overview
Zachary (Zach) Couger focuses his practice on technology, outsourcing, and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on matters involving artificial intelligence.
While in law school, Zach served as a law clerk for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and as a summer associate at McDermott. He was a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and the Berkeley Business Law Journal and served as co-president of Berkeley Law’s Class of 2024.
