Jason Zemmel focuses his practice on private equity and mergers and acquisitions matters with a particular focus on health and social care transactions. Jason has pan European experience advising a wide range of clients, including private equity sponsors, management teams, corporates, and advisers on corporate matters, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and management incentive programmes, together with related advisory work.

Prior to joining McDermott, Jason was co-head of the global private equity practice at an international law firm.
